How do I get started?
It's quite simple really, call us at 1-800-944-4809 & tell us about your project. We'll ask some questions then we'll prepare & send you an estimate for your approval.
How much does a presentation cost?
We pride ourselves on finding presentation solutions for our Clients no matter what the budget but most Client presentations start at $500.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For our Clients convenience we accept only Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.
What are your payment terms?
We charge 50% upfront & the remaining 50% upon the completion of the project.
How long will my presentation take to complete?
While each presentation is different we generally complete PowerPoint & Keynote presentations in 3-5 business days. Custom Flash presentation can take a bit longer based on their complexity. But we are happy to work extended hours or weekends to help you meet your deadline.
Do you work in languages other than English?
Yes! We routinely produce presentations in Spanish but have also had the pleasure of working in 17 other languages.
Do we need to meet face to face?
That would be nice but is not necessary. Not only can you call us toll-free anytime but we also use our proprietary Client WorkStation to manage your project so all of your files are in one secure & password protected location. But if you happen to be in San Antonio you are more than welcome to stop by.
Do you offer any additional services?
Of course! While we've focused our services on providing presentation solutions sometimes that means designing brochures or other print pieces & helping with web projects. All of which we are happy to do. If we can't handle your additional needs we got the partners who can.
